Types of electric shavers
Electric shaver: Electric shaver consists of stainless steel mesh cover, inner blade, micro motor and housing. The grille is the fixed outer blade with many perforations into which the whiskers can extend. The micro motor is driven by electric energy to drive the action of the inner blade, and uses the shearing principle to cut off the beard extending into the hole. Electric shavers can be divided into two types: rotary and reciprocating according to the action characteristics of the inner blade. The power sources used are dry batteries, accumulators and AC charging.
Electric shavers are mainly composed of shell (including battery box), motor (or electromagnet), mesh cover (including outer blade, fixed blade), inner blade (movable blade) and inner blade holder. The outer shell is mostly made of plastic, the grille is made of stainless steel, and the inner blade is mostly made of carbon steel. The working principle of an electric shaver is essentially the cutting principle. The inner blade is closely matched with the inner surface of the mesh cover, and the beard and hair extend into its groove from the outside of the mesh cover. The inner blade rotates or reciprocates at a high speed to form a relative motion with the mesh cover, thereby cutting the protruding beard and hair. .
The electric clipper type electric shaver is mainly composed of two parts, one part is a rotary razor, which is used for shaving short beards; the other part is an electric clipper, which is used for cutting longer beards and sideburns. The clutch is disengaged from the rotary razor and engaged with the electric clipper by using a conversion wrench, and the rotary motion of the motor is changed into a reciprocating motion through the eccentric shaft of the clutch, thereby driving the electric clipper action.
The double-headed electric shaver is driven by the motor through the coupling and the gear to drive the two shavers to rotate. The razor can adjust the shaving angle according to different face shapes and parts to increase the shaving area. Since the motor drives the two movable knives to rotate at the same time, the load is large, so a model with a higher power needs to be selected.
